Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We strive to deliver your orders promptly. The items will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. We ensure careful packaging and swift dispatch to provide the best experience for our customers.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Rijwal is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Rijwal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns for unused, undamaged, unopened products with the original label/receipt within 3 days from the date of delivery. Discounted, used, or promotional products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  • If a product is received in poor condition, is damaged, tampered with, or differs from what was ordered, you may request a return.
  • Ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging and receipt/invoice.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims of wrong or missing orders.

Initiating a Return Request

Return Conditions

  • Damage complaints are not accepted post 3 days of delivery. Report and dispatch the product promptly once we accept the return request.
  • Once accepted, ship the product to the address provided by our team.

Exchange and Replacement Policy

Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted for products returned in sealed, saleable condition with the original receipt/invoice.
  • Returns and exchange requests will undergo inspection by the Rijwal team.

Exclusions

  • Damages from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered. Note: Certain ingredients may not suit all skin types. We recommend a patch test before use. Refunds due to skin sensitivity are not applicable.
  • Claims for missing, incomplete, or damaged products must be reported within 24-72 hours of delivery.

Replacement Process

  • Replacements are shipped post-validation by the Rijwal team. Products must be in saleable condition for a replacement to be issued. Rijwal reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns if criteria are not met. The replacement will be done within 3 – 4 Business days.

Refunds Policy

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are provided for items returned in their original state, packaging, and with receipts/invoices attached.
  • Refunds exclude delivery fees and are credited within 15 business days upon receipt at our warehouse.

Payment Modes and Refund Methods

  • Card Payments: Refunds to the source card within the stated timeline.
  • Cash on Delivery: Share bank details via email for refund processing.

Confirmation

  • Once the return shipment is received, an email confirmation will be sent acknowledging the receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled without charges if not dispatched. Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded/credited within 7-10 business days.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 working hours.
